When we recalled our happy childhoods, we find that cartoon characters like Snow White, the Ugly Duckling, Cinderella and Goldilocks were all around us. It’s every kid’s dream to have close contact with these classic cartoon idols. CanAm’s teachers and management devised a plan to arrange for their students’ dream to come true.

On the evening of July 17th 2015, as a magical big book opened, the third annual English performance for CanAm kindergarten - Magical Fairy Tale - was held in studio 1 at the Dongguan TV station. Our teachers and children moved the classical fairy tale onstage and it looked so imaginative and creative. The childlike performance and stimulating role-play provided quite the environment for a growth experience for all of those involved. The colorful costumes, beautiful headwear, active facial expressions, powerful movements, and fluent oral expression affected the audience deeply with loud cheers, applause and laughter breaking out in the studio form time to time. It was as though our students were telling a story about CanAm itself through their confident, with this warm and beautiful fairy tale’s creative stage design and careful choreography. All of these things showed the power of CamAm and left a deep impression on the guests.

The performance was strongly supported by CanAm’s parents. Chloe, who is a student in middle class at CanAm, served as a host along with her mother and the parents’ committee for each grade was responsible for the logistic work. They bought fluorescents stick for the evening party and helped the atmosphere come to life. Furthermore, this evening party got received high praise from both parents and leadership who all said that the show had brought them a great visual feast. Here, CanAm wants to say thank you to the children for their wonderful performance, to Chloe and her mother for their support and coordination, to the parents and leaders for their kind remarks. What we pay today is what we will get tomorrow so we hope that this performs lays the foundation for great future performances and that CanAm itself will have a bright future too.
