Share Love & Enjoy Thanksgiving

What is thanksgiving?
Thanksgiving is trying our best to help those people in need and make them feel love is around.
Have you ever imagine that when you are reading the comic books, exploding the nature and playing the toys, some kids in remote areas don not even have a chair to sit and food to eat, let alone the books and toys.In order to help those kids, Agile Kindergarten and the "Guangzhou Bright Association "started collecting donations from parents and children; All the parents and their children from Center Stage Kindergarten asorted out many items of clothing together which will be donated to disadvantaged people in Qinghai and Tibet; Asian Games Town Kindergarten and Sunny Kindergarten held the charitable bazzar events to collect money from the communities. With all these activities, kids can understand what is “Many a little makes a mickle” and always remember to “smell the roses”.
Thanksgiving is also a day to share food and happiness. Times Bund Kindergarten, Mayland Kindergarten and Calgary Kindergarten all invited parents to have dinner with the children and teaching staffs, with an aim that everyone can enjoy the time together and also let the children know every grain comes from hard working. Gemdale Kindergarten and Nanhu Kindergarten upheld the philosophy of schooling of CIEO—let the whole community invovled. Following the lead of teachers and parents, children from Nanhu Kindergarten took fruit baskets with spirits out to the community. They spoke of their thanks openly to the guards and workers in the market and to shop owners in the community, giving gifts to them gladly. Children from Gemdale Kindergarten bought lollipops and made heart-shaped cards that read “Happy Thanksgiving” or “I love you”, giving to the security guards.
The essence of gratitude is making a contribution, which can be a word or a smile, like sunshine brighten other people’s hearts, making them feel warm.
